We have streamlined our admissions process to be simple, secure, and fully online. Applications are now open for the 2025/2026 academic session across various programmes:
Undergraduate Application
Requirements
Prospective students seeking admission into 100 and 200 level undergraduate degree programmes must:
- Register for and participate in the JAMB UTME or Direct Entry process.
- Select AATU as their first choice (or apply for a change of institution).
- Meet departmental cut-off marks.
- Apply via the AATU Admissions Portal and upload all required documents.
- Participate in Post-UTME screening (where applicable).
Postgraduate Application
Requirements
Our postgraduate programmes offer advanced learning and research opportunities across various disciplines.
- Apply online via the Postgraduate School portal.
- Upload academic transcripts, NYSC discharge certificate, and two referees’ reports.
- Some programmes may require entrance exams or interviews.
Sandwich Application
Requirements
AATU offers flexible, weekend/holiday-based degree programmes for working professionals and teachers.
- Ideal for NCE holders or HND graduates.
- Apply directly on the Sandwich Programme Portal.
- Documentation includes academic credentials, ID, and professional certifications.
IJMB/JUPEB Application
Requirements
The AATU IJMB/JUPEB programme offers a one-year direct entry path into 200 level.
- Apply online and select your preferred subject combination.
- Successful IJMB/JUPEB candidates can apply for Direct Entry admission into AATU or other JUPEB-affiliated universities.
Certificate Courses Application
Requirements
Our short-term professional certificate programmes are designed to build skills and enhance career prospects.
- Apply online or visit the Centre for Professional Studies.
- Courses are open to SSCE holders, diploma graduates, and industry professionals.
- Duration varies from 2 weeks to 6 months.
